Haus of Gifts (ABN 28 644 884 270) is an Australian-owned gifting studio based in Sydney, New South Wales, specialising in thoughtfully curated gift boxes for mothers, newborns and life’s meaningful moments.

We proudly partner with premium Australian and New Zealand brands, alongside a select number of international brands that align with our standards of quality, craftsmanship and thoughtful design.

All references to 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Haus of Gifts.

Product Information & Substitutions

From time to time, a product may become unavailable due to supplier stock levels.

We may substitute the item with a product of equal or greater value that aligns with the original theme, quality and intention of the box.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Haus of Gifts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, misuse of products, or delays caused by third-party courier services.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
