Orders placed before 11am (AEST), Monday–Friday, are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 11am, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

During peak periods such as Mother’s Day and Christmas, dispatch times may extend slightly.

No. We never include pricing or receipts inside our gift boxes. Receipts are sent electronically to the purchaser.
