RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We take great care in curating and preparing every Haus of Gifts order.
Due to the curated nature of our gift boxes - and the inclusion of consumable and personal care items - we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
As each box is carefully curated and prepared to order, we encourage you to review your selections thoughtfully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hausofgifts.com.au.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and outer packaging.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect delivery details entered at checkout, or delivery delays outside of our control.
ORDER AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to amend your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once packed or dispatched.
If an order has already left our Sydney warehouse, additional courier fees may apply.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or recipient unavailable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
