SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every Haus of Gifts order is thoughtfully packed and prepared with care.

From our Sydney warehouse to their doorstep, we ensure your gift arrives beautifully presented and safely delivered.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier partners and Australia Post.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Complimentary Standard Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available Australia-wide for a flat rate of $14.95.

 

DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

Orders placed before 11am (AEST), Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 11am, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

During peak periods such as Mother’s Day and Christmas, dispatch times may extend slightly. We always aim to send your gift as quickly as possible.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES (From date of dispatch)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Regional and remote areas may require additional time.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and subject to Australia Post and courier network conditions.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel appears delayed beyond estimated timeframes, please contact hello@hausofgifts.com.au and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

Once collected by the courier network, delivery timing is outside our direct control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee amendments. Additional courier fees may apply for redirection.
