The winner will be selected at random and contacted by Haus of Gifts via email and Instagram on Monday 21 September 2026. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

Who is collecting your information?
Haus of Gifts is the promoter and primary administrator of the Beautiful Rituals Giveaway. For the purposes explained below, selected personal information will also be shared with the following participating brands: Haus of Gifts, San Margo, Haus of Calm, Dr. Diamond, Byron Bay Candles.
What information do we collect?
When you enter, we may collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your Instagram username
- Your state or territory
- Confirmation that you are an Australian resident aged 18 years or over
- Your acceptance of the giveaway terms and conditions
- Your marketing and data-sharing consent
- Information associated with administering and verifying your entry
Why do we collect this information?
Haus of Gifts will use your information to: receive and administer your giveaway entry; confirm your eligibility; verify that the entry requirements have been completed; select and contact the winner; deliver the prize; respond to questions about the giveaway; maintain appropriate promotional records; and send marketing emails where you have provided consent.
What information will be shared?
With your consent, your first name and email address will be shared with San Margo, Haus of Calm, Dr. Diamond and Byron Bay Candles. Your Instagram username, state or territory and eligibility information will be retained by Haus of Gifts for giveaway administration and verification and will not be provided to partner brands for their general marketing activities unless this is reasonably necessary to administer the promotion.
How will participating brands use your information?
Each participating brand may use your first name and email address to send you its own marketing communications, including brand news, product information, offers and promotions. Each brand will manage your information in accordance with its own privacy policy and will be responsible for the marketing communications it sends. Can you unsubscribe?
Yes. Every participating brand must provide an unsubscribe link in its marketing emails. Unsubscribing from one brand will stop marketing communications from that brand only — if you wish to stop receiving emails from every participating brand, you will need to unsubscribe from each brand separately. Unsubscribing after entering will not invalidate an otherwise eligible giveaway entry.
How is your information stored?
Haus of Gifts and the participating brands will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your information may also be processed by service providers used to host the entry form, manage the giveaway or deliver email communications.
How long will your information be retained?
Giveaway administration records will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, resolve enquiries and meet applicable legal obligations. Where you have consented to marketing, participating brands may retain your first name and email address until you unsubscribe or otherwise request that your information be deleted, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.
